We decided on a voting system where the School Association members would use a coin or plastic token (or something similar) and put it in a voting box, yes or no, when voting for items bid for. Finances Finances are very healthy, and Zoe went over the two main fundraisers (Xmas Bazaar £4k and the Summer BBQ £2.5k). She also mentioned we are having constant payments coming in from JustGiving, and also from the School Lottery The fundraising for the hoists done by Paul is also being held in the School Association accounts. We have a document outlining how much is being raised each time for this specific area. Our next event will be the Christmas Bazaar, which will be Saturday 7th December 2024.
