Strengths, Weaknesses. Opportunities and Threat5 to the Soclety. As a result of this we identrfled some prioritie5 whlch we
tontlnued to work on In 2024. We are particularly concerned about rz15ine the vlsibility of the Society In the Clty and
makln8 effectlve partnershlps wlth some other leading arts organisations Including the 8irmlngharn Royal Ballet and the

other art forms in the city. Our social medla activlty has Increased our profile over the year whlch with other measures ha$
Increased our exposure to group5 who may not have èecessed the Gallery p￿VIOUSly (see below). The Trustees feel we
have made good progress In attractlng a more dlverse and youn8er audience to the Gallery but reco8nlses there Is rnuch
more to be done.
In 2023, as part of th55 drlve, the Councll approved the appointment of 15 recent ¥rèduates to be Gfaduate members of

On the currEnt basis. our poliry has been to fix the figu￿ of £60,000 a5 a level at whlch the Councll would have to consider
