Exlemal risks have been rninimised by en5Urin9 th2t the ¢harty's propertles are adequate mainlained and appropdately insured. The Trustees have also designated a fijnd to cover emergency repairs and polenlial vold cost which could arf5e as a SuIt of losing tenants from their investment properties. The chaNty 8mploys the s&rvi¢es of a broker to manage its investrnent portrolio. Internal risks are minlmlsed by implementing procedu5 for authori$lng transactions. The TJustee8 are rnlndful that their ability to maintain Ihe current level of grants 1$ mu¢h dependent on the SL¢PPOrt provided by other lo1 ¢harib'e5 whlch have shown thelrwlsh to a8$lst the obiectsve8 of the charity.
