To Award Young Persons Of The Parish Of Leigh, Under 25, Scholarships, Grants Or Maintenance Allowances Tenable At Any Secondary School, College Of Education, Approved By The Trustees, Awarded Under Rules To Be Made By The Trustees, Including Rules To The Value And Period Of Tenure Of The Awards, And The Qualifications And Method Of Ascertainment And Selection Of Beneficiaries To Provide Financial Assistance, Outfits, Clothing, Tools, Instruments Or Books To Help Beneficiaries On Leaving School Or Any Other Educational Establishment To Prepare For Or Enter A Trade Or Profession.
