Waterfall Educational Charity runs the former village primary school for the benefit of the local community, providing a venue for local community groups such as the WI, the Waterfall and Winkhill Association and others. The hall is rented out for a diverse range of arts events and charitable fund raising evenings.

Objects: (a) In Providing For Any School In The Area Of Benefit Or Substantially Serving The Same Such Special Benefits Of Any King Not Normally Provided By The Local Education Authority As May From Time To Time Be Agreed Between The School Governors And The Trustees After Consultation With The Local Education Authority; (b) In Otherwise Promoting The Education, Including Social And Physical Training, Of Persons Under 25 Years Of Age Who Are Resident Or Have A Parent Resident In The Area Of Benefit.
