The financial slalements have been prepared in accordan￿ with the Statement Recommended practi￿.. Ac¢ounting and Reporting by Charities preparing their accounts in a¢cordanc8 with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the Unrted Kingdom and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 and Charities Act 2011. The Careswell Foundation constitutes a public benefrt entity as defined by FRS 102. 1.2 Fund accounting General funds are unrestricted funds which are available for use at the discretion of the Trustees in furtherance of the general objectives of the charity which have not been designat￿ for other purposes.
