**Activities:** The charity was established to support the education of young people between the ages of 11 and 25 years resident in the Parish of Clayworth and Wiseton in North Nottinghamshire.  Each year it distributes an equal amount of money to each young person who applies in writing, stating the educational purpose for which the money will be used.
