**Objects:** PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES, TUITION FEES FOR NECESSITOUS STUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA; AND IN GENERAL FOR PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF EDUCATION.

**Activities:** The trusts meets twice yearly, usually in May (also the AGM) and November and currently comprises six trustees including a chair person and a treasurer.   Grants are awarded in accordance with the Trust deed to anyone under the age of 25 living in the Shepshed and Belton boundaries and are for education  and the general promotion and encouragement of education
