## **OBJECTIVES** 

Having first met all administration and management costs, the funds available for disbursement are used to provide Maintenance Grants for pupils in attendance at Prince Henrys High School and The De Montfort School who have taken up places in establishment of Higher Education.

The position of Chair of Governors for The De Montfort School was vacant. 

## **INCOME** 

All dividends from the investments held in Charifund continued to be paid direct into the Account at Lloyds Bank Evesham. 

## **DISBURSEMENTS** 

The Trustee in accordance with the provisions of the Scheme authorised Grants and Awards for 2021/2022 as follows: 

## **Maintenance Grants – Paid November 2020** 

Allocation to the Headteacher of Prince Henrys High School £5,000 Allocation to the Headteacher of The De Montfort School £5,000 

## **Exhibition Awards** 

32 In Town Awards of £75 - £2,400 (70 letters issued to students) 42 Out of Town Awards of £150 - £6,300 (84 letters issued to students) A total of £8,700 was issued out of a total of £17,850 that should have been awarded 

1 No. £50 cheques for awards issued in 2020 were unbanked and have been written back into the accounts. 

**PHHS School Speech Day Prizes** £103.83 paid to Headteacher in June 2021. 



## **INVESTMENTS** 

An additional £30,000 of Accumulation Units were purchased in December 2021 

## **ADMINISTRATION** 

The Clerks honorarium at the agreed rate was paid out this year. A total of £150.03 was spent on printing & postage costs and the Audit fee for 2020/21. 

## **AUDITED ACCOUNTS** 

These accounts were audited by Mr James Turner who certified they were a true and accurate record of the accounts, no charge was made for this service
