The Objects of the Charity are to advance the education of pupils and former pupils of Boston Grammar School, Boston Lincolnshire.

In administering the Charity, the Trustees declare that they have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. 

During the year the Charity has awarded scholarships and prizes to current and former pupils going into higher education, given financial assistance to current pupils in need through the school’s hardship fund and assisted the school with various grants to enable it to advance all aspects of pupils’ education and school experience.

_Funds derive from a combination of the ancient charity established in the 16[th] century plus various further substantial donations to set up scholarship funds in more recent years. The sums generated have been invested in a variety of funds in the specialist charitable investment market on the advice of Canaccord._
