These are used by IKJth the S¢hiN)1 ond the wid¢T community. Community us¢ of the pitches generates rental income
whi¢h 1$ colleaed by Freedom L£i$ure Lt4 who handle the Imyokings fmm the Exisure Centre, and this is handed on to
th¢ foundAtion re8ular]y. The re¢eipts are treated as income held by the Foundation design￿ed principally to address the
M&tntell￿Cc and eventual SUrf￿e rellew￿ of the pitches. The receipts in this year totsilul £60.866 (2023-24, £66.782).
Usage of the artificial turf pitchts is estimat￿1 to have been over 39.(W ￿PIC in the year to 31 March 2025. which

School Gym being part of the facilities offered. The F(NJnd81ion granted a I￿18 lew to DDDC in 1999 until 2079. The
rent from DDDC is subj¢rt to review * 5 yearty intervats (the next review b¢in8 now due in 2028) in line with the retail
pri¢e index. The Foundation reccivcd £17,737 from DDDC as rent in the current year. In 2016, DDDC decided to
