The Trustees are recruited from  within the Parish as recommended by serving Trustees, from a cross-section of the community (at present they are Farmer/Builder/ Care worker and retired Chartered Surveyor). 

The Foundations activities are restricted by original trust deed, limited to the financial support of young people living within the Parish who are moving into college education. 

The Foundations income is generated from ownership of 4 cottages, a former village school and small area of farmland. 

The Foundations expenditures are annual grants to students and maintenance of properties.
