AFTER MAKING SUCH PAYMENTS THE INCOME TO BE USED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (1) IN ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL (SEE CLAUSE 22) TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MEETING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1976; (2) IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS AT THE SCHOOL NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY; (3) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING THE SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
