**Objects:** SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF MANAGEMENT EXPENSES THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN ONE OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (I) PROVIDING FOR ANY SCHOOL OR SCHOOLS IN OR SERVING THE PARISH OF KILLINGTON SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY BE AGREED BETWEEN THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS AND THE TRUSTEES. (II) PROMOTING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.
