Objects: To Acquire From The Central Board Of Finance Of The Church Of England A Lease Of Certain Lands And Buildings At Childwall, Wavertree, Liverpool To Be Used As A College Of Higher And Further Education For The Training Of Men And Women, Including The Training Of Men And Women As Teachers And To Ensure That Religious Worship And Instruction In St Katherine's Hall Shall Be In Accordance With The Doctrine Rite And Practices Of The Church Of England But Any Student Who Claims Exemption On The Ground That S/he Does Not Belong To The Church Of England Shall Not Be Required As A Condition Of Entering Or Continuing In The Said Hall To Comply With Any Rules Of The Said Hall As To Attendance At Religious Worship Or Observance Or Instruction In Religious Subjects
