## **Annual Report for 2019 – 2020** 

The Foundation Trust paid for metal fencing and a gate in relation to a request from the Special Educational Needs department. 

The Foundation Governor Achievement Awards were made to senior pupils who had earned recognition for their achievements and/or efforts during the school year. 

A number of bids were submitted at the March 2020 meeting but unfortunately, due to Covid 19 restrictions they were postponed. They will be put forward for consideration at a later date. 

Due to the school being converted from a voluntary school to an academy, funds were required to be spent on legal fees. 

Investments  were  drawn  from  the  COIF  deposit  account  to  meet  all  of  the aforementioned commitments.
