**Objects:** TO PROVIDE BOOKS, INSTRUMENTS AND/OR TOOLS FOR A PUPIL OR PUPILS LEAVING THE JOHN RUSKIN COUNTY SECONDARY SCHOOL, CONISTON, AND CONTINUING THEIR EDUCATION EITHER AT A PLACE OF FURTHER EDUCATION OR AS AN APPRENTICE AND AS TO THE BALANCE TO PROVIDE PRIZES TO BE AWARDED TO PUPILS OR EX PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL FOR SCHOOLWORK OR ATHLETICS.

**Activities:** The John Ruskin School Prize Fund (sometimes referred to as The Tom Usher Fund) can provide funding for ex-John Ruskin School students towards sixth form studies, an apprenticeship or Further Education course. Applicants must be under 18 years old. Only one application per student. Applications open 1 Sept, and forms must be submitted by 31 Oct in same year. Forms available on the school website.
