The building houses Whalley Pre-School (Registered Charity 1024628) which provides low cost Pre-School education for the children within our area. The building is also used by many community groups for educational, recreational and social purposes at low cost. The trustees have undertaken a major renovation of the Main Hall this year to enable us to better meet our charitable objectives and ensure the long-term viability of our charity. This has included a new boiler and radiators, additional toilet facilities for children, new hall floor and preschool storage area. **TAR** March **2012** 4 ## **Section E Financial review** The trustees have resolved that we will maintain reserves considered **Brief statement of the** sufficient to meet the needs of maintenance of our building.
