WHITECHAPEL SCHOOL CHARITY INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024 I report lo the charity Iruslees on my exarninalion of the accounts of Whitechapel School Charity for the year ended 31 December 2024, which are set out on pages 4 10 5. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's Iruslees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 I'lhe Acl'l. I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applic3ble Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act. Independent examiner's staternent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come lo my allenlion giving me caLJse lo believe, that in any material respect.. accounting records were not kept in accordance with Section 130 of the Charities Act., or the accounts do not accord with those records. the accounts do not comply with the requirements concerning the form and content of accounts ael out in the Chariliers (Accounts and Reports) Regullions 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a melter condifereé as part of the independent examination.
