Objects: (1)to Provide Such Special Benefits Of Any Kind Not Normally Provided By The Local Education Authority For Any School Substantially Serving The Parish Of Blackrod As May From Time To Time Be Agreed Between The Trustees And The Governors Of The School Concerned.(2)to Provide Facilities Not Normally Provided By The Local Education Authority For Recreation,social And Physical Training For Persons Under The Age Of 25 Years Who Are Resident In The Parish Of Blackrod And Who Are Receiving Primary,secondary Or Further Education.(3)to Promote The Religious Education Of The Said Persons In Accordance With The Principles And Doctrines Of The Church Of England By Means Of Sunday Schools Or In Such Other Ways As The Trustees Think Fit.(4)to Otherwise Promote In Such Ways As The Trustees Think Fit The Education Of The Said Persons.
