Objects, activities and achievemerts
The Charity's original goveming document is a Declaration of Trust dated 10 October 1955.
The Charity was registered by the Charity Commission on 11 December 1963.
The Charity's main Object is the advancemenl of education and the Catholic religion by
sharing the financial burden involved in providing accommodation and facilrties required by
Saint Ambrose College, a state-funded, independent Catholic grammar school in Hale
Barns. Cheshire.
The trustees have regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on h¢JW to further the
Charity's purposes for the 'public benefit. when detemiining the Charity's activities.
Reserves
The financial reserve at 05 April 2025 was £333,939_32. The trustees intend to use all this
reserve to provide future additions or enhancements to the College's facilities.
