Objects. activities and achievements
The Charity s original goveming documenl is a Declaration of Trust dated 10 October
1955.
The Charity was registered by the Charity Commission on 11 December 1963.
The Charity's main Object is the advancement of education and the Catholic religion
by sharing the financial burden involved in providing accommodation and facilities
required by Saint Ambrose College, a state-funded, independent Catholic grammar
school in Hale Barns, Cheshire.
The Iruslees have regard to the Charity Cornmission's guidance on how to further the
Charity's purposes for the 'public benefit, when determining the Charity's activities.
Reserves
The financial resefve at 05 April 2024 was £352,994.89. The trustees intend lo use
all this reserve lo provide future additions or enhancements lo the College's facilities.

The Charity's administration is conducted at Saint Ambrose College. Hale Bams,
