**Objects:** THE PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS AND SECULAR EDUCATION OF POOR CHILDREN WITHIN THE PROVINCE OF WALES THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF VOLU NTARY SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES OF EDUCATION WHERE RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES  AND DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH IN WALES BY :- 1) MAKING GRANTS TO DIOCESAN COUNCILS FOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION. 2) GRANTS TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF CHURCH COLLEGES OF EDUCATION IN WALES. 3) AWARDING EXHIBITIONS OR GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS.

**Activities:** The main object of the Foundation is the promotion, in connection with the Church in Wales, of the religious and secular education of children and young people in the Province of Wales.
