Objects: A Shcolarship To Be Awarded To A Boy Or A Girl Scholar Of Any Public County School Or Shcools Between The Gases Of Seventeen And Twenty Years Whose Parents Have An Income Of No More Than $300 A Year, For The Promotion Of Education At Universities Or Places Of Higher Education. If The Income Cannot In Any Year Be Thus Applied The Whole Or Part Of The Income May Be Applied Towards Assisting Students Of The Beneficial Area Over 20 Years Of Age Who Are Graduates Of A British University To Pursue Further Education By Further Study Or A Scheme Of Research.
