**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE BENEFICIAL AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION, INCLUDING USE FOR NEETINGS, LECTURES, AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Trust document states the hall be run for the benefit of the local community. Local bodies including Parish council, local  agricultural show, tennis, football & cricket club hold meetings and fundraising events. There is a book cafe and Kidz club.  The hall is let for yoga, pilates, art classes, etc and other social occasions.  A side room is let on a permanent basis to a wedding photographer.
