Penrith Pre-school Nursery and Toddler Group Trustee's Report 2025 As always we have had some changes to implement this year to keep within our requirements for the Early Years Foundation Stage that we offer as a setting. updates to this require us to have a sustainability plan and policy which is in place. The staff team have implemented a interesting and varied curriculum this year and although term time only, the early nice weather has enabled us to implement lots of our learning outdoors in our well- established garden area. We have made reasonable adjustments to the setting to enable lots of children to attend who have additional needs and Education. Health, Care plans in place. this is a vital part of our role and one which the team are passionate about providing, this difference made to aspirations and outcomes for these children and the support to families is not an easy role but the team take it on regardless for the changes it make to the lives of these families. the staff team and their experiences of having there own families is a offer that many settings don't have. We have had our loyal team which remains in place, working well together. Finances are now well established, this is through had work and commitment to the nursery, and numbers are very high in both our 2yrs provision and 3yrs provision. We look forward to another successful academic year in 2025-2026.and making an impact to local families through our nurtured, inclusive learning environment where we play. learn and achieve together Signed......4 OxLath...
