**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIALS, AS INDIVIDUALS, AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND AS MEMBERS OF THEIR LOCAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES.

**Activities:** To provide support for Scout Groups, Scout Network and the Explorer Scout Sections in Worcester District and to give active support to the District Lead Volunteer, who is responsible for both the development of Scouting in the District and for promoting and maintaining the policy of the Association.
