all tho changes and d5sriiption we have seen over the last fei%' years now behind us.
l iyould like to Ihdnk C.0. Chris Pe¢ike and all l)i5 stsiff. both 41niformed aiid civilian, for
all the time and elfvrt they put ii)to the smooth running of the unit. it never ceiise5 to
aii)aze n)e hoiv much uf their time they inve¥t in oiir cadets. The unit achivv¥d a Burgee
aln whiih Is d fantastic resiilt. and hope to aihieve another this year fullui¥in% ihe
iiispeLtion on Tuesday nighi. Well done all I'or another su¢¢essful year
We have had many successes at Distrirt and Area Level agaSn thls year, and a blg well
done to all svlio have achleved various promotions and 4ualif5cations during the las¢
year. You all dn our ui)ir proud.

for Fishguard Sea Cadet Corp5 for the year enthre 31Y March 2022.

the four main acC￿Thts of £65.514.95 with èn irKcqne of £34.479.04 and an expenditvre of
£47,500.91. which leaves a Closi￿ balance cffj 31# March 2022 of £52,493.08. This leaves
shortfall of E13.021.87 on last year which can be explained by our wrchase of a new
rllxraft. a nurnber of kayaks and deposrt on our mlnlbw. Added to this had
ancrther cthiid year which necessltsted t￿ dosure of the Unit for some time Imrt theh dld
not Swi the increased costs of runniry thE Unit vthich needed paying. You can see the
breakdown of the Management kcount on ihe following page5 with an Openi￿ bala￿e
£44,942.82, an income of £14,￿1.29 anLI experKliture of £28,751.32, leavin8 a closing
balance of £30.992.79.
Followirg ihls is ihe Cadet Account vthich Chrls oversea4 V4ith an opening balance of
£9,213.43, an income if £19,376.46 and expenditure ol E17,989.59. leav[￿ a Closi￿ balance
of £10.6tX).30. Next is the Cadet Reserve Accojnt which Chris again (￿erSee5. with an
ni￿ balance of £L977.70. and with interest ol £0.29. make5 a closing balance of
£1,977.99
nally Is the Parents Committee Account which is overseen by Rachel, with an opening
tsala￿e of £9,291,LKI. wtth an I￿£￿ne of £301.00, expenditure of £760.OJ Mthich leaves
£8.832.(K>. Rachel also hos a PPetty Cash Accixmt which cUrren￿v IM)ids £90.1x). So, to
repeat we *￿Id the 8r￿￿ Sum of £52,493.08. This wur#Js a lrt but nL* compared ￿1th la
year when we had E65.514.95.
