**Objects:** A WELFARE CENTRE PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR SUCH FORMS OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION AS ARE CONDUCIVE TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITIONS OF LIVING OF THE INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We are a community hall with a variety of activities taking place throughout the year. Activities and groups include mother and toddler classes, yoga, karate, keep fit and dance classes. We also rent the hall to parties, craft fayres and medium evenings.
