The minutes of the last AGM on 7[th] September were received and approved. 

Proposed by John Pugh, seconded by Lucy Obrien. 

## **Treasurer’s report for the financial year 2022 -2023** 

The accounts were checked by Salisbury and Co at a cost of £90 

Closing balance Community Account - £694 

General Account - £8890.00 

## **Election of Officers.** 

The chair informed the meeting that he wished to step down and thanked everyone for their support. Special mention was given to John, Keith, and Phil for their efforts in building the porch and other improvements over the financial year. 

**Chair** - John Pugh was elected as the new Chairperson. 

John Pugh thanked Elfed for his many years of support of Neuadd Eleanor and was pleased that he would continue to be a member of the committee. 

The other three officer were voted in on block.
