Activities
The Village Community Hall provides a venue for local community groups including fitness classes, Merched Y Wawr, meeting rooms for committees, and includes a venue for private functions. Cylch Meithrin & Ti a Fi (Mother and toddler group) meet daily & weekly during term time. The Hall is used by the local school and as a venue for several Eisteddfodau during the year.
Objects: The Objects Of The Charity Are:(a)the Provision And Maintenance, For The Benefit Of The Public, Of A Village Hall For Use By The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Including Use For:(i)meetings, Lectures And Classes, And(ii)other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants;(b)for The Benefit Of The Public And In The Interests Of Social Welfare, To Improve The Conditions Of Life Of The Inhabitants Of The Area Of Benefit Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation And Other Leisure-Time Occupation; And(c)the Promotion Of Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By The Provision Of Facilities For The Playing Of Sports.
