The obietts are to maintsin and prLwnote, for the benefft of the area, the FreCh￿ille Community Centre.
The management aims to provide first class thlities at an affordaNe cost from the various rcM)ms aVaila￿e
for hire.
Achlevements and perfornwnce
To confomi with regulations regar(lirrfJ muslc the Centre Is ￿ltred and has to pay for tM)th a PPL
PRS li￿n￿. We ho&Ed for a ￿Uthon in th￿r fee due to ra1uced dcmjr revenue In 2021 but for tr
Ferv)d Au9USt 2021 to August 2022 th￿r fee 15 £457.92 Fow payrn￿ to be m* slartrg January 2022.
The cost of heating and lighting ccrtinue to be mayx items of eyrKlitiJre with large increase particulady in
elertridty. For examF4e, the electrldty ￿11 for ontrmcmth, mhJ-Feb to mi&March 2022 L8 £873 aTrJ gas £555
a totrl of £1,428 for a month.
A great deal of effort has been wt in creating a Covld safe arKI Imwovlry the décor whith
ppears to have pald off wtth hyrnsed Int￿t in tookiThJs.
Although we lost the Hugi Hub Den at the eThJ of 2020 it has been rg￿acal w6th the Craft Den whith Emm
has worked hard to establish and is now successful and an asset to the Community Centre.
The Popup café whlch Ruth started off in February 2021 but rjxd after 6 montr6. After a short gap It was
reopened by Je55iL3 as the Sweet Pea Cabin arvj has a19) been ￿(CeSsful (even duriTrJ the winter months)
and an asset to the Cc¥nmunity ca￿e. Both ￿1￿j1￿j in a wide rdrvje of ages and definrtely helpng to
Increase social Interdction.

2021 was £50,637 {2020: £43.883).

Due to a problem at FNHT the covenant was not re￿￿1 in 2021. Following s￿ra1 long conversations,
they admitted their oversight arKi vdas paid in early 2022.

The trustees have a duty to wkntify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed arKI to ensure
appropriate controls are in pla￿ to WOVKle rea￿nable assurarKe awnst fraud and eThor.
Frecheville Community Centre's trustees recognise th￿r respMNNbilty in er￿uring that the thartty continues
to provtde a semce of wblic benefft and to this eThJ refer to 0￿rity Clynmission guidelines on this matter.
The charity was estsblished by a charitsble tru* deed in January 1935. The constitution is set out in its
govemlng document as adopted In j￿Uary 1935 and rev6ed In 1963 1982.
In an effort to ensyre the constittth refle£ts mc4Jem running practKes arnl to remove outdated references
the trustees have produ￿ and agregj varicrts aM￿n￿ts which ￿￿1] be PLrt fThard at the AGM for
ratification by the members.
