We have policies and procedures in paper and digital form, which we
review regularly. This helps lo mitigate any potential risk and promotes
good working practice.
We have and continue to work in partnership with Local Government
bodies, Communty Organisation's and Stakeholder beneficiaries.

The objectives of the Association shall be:
a)To promote the benefit ofthe inhabitants of Easttield,
Scarborough and the neighbourhood (hereinafter called "the
area of benefit) without distinctlon of sex or of political,
religious or other oplnions by associating the local
authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a
common effort to advance education and to provide facilities

The Easffiekl Ccffimunity AssoGrdtion achieves its charitable objectives
through maintenance and management of th8 Centre.
We have complied wrth the duty in section 4 of the Chariti83 Act 2006 to
adhere to the Charitses Comm15sion's Publ￿ benefit guidance.

during the year
Achievements and performance
We still continue to lease our older building to the Communty Shop
which is ot great value to our communty, we have now only one other
Centre, which provides the spaces for all the activitie5 and serVi￿S v
house.
Our plans moving fopward is to identify funding for a modern build Centre
for the community and to do this we are building up a reserve which will
help us achieve this goal.

The trustees have identified a limited sum of £9,000 as a general reserve
to maintsin the Centre for 1 year.
A New Build reserve is being established to provide match funding and
