It is a venue<br>for live music, dances and drama for the<br>beneft of the community.|

## **Achievements and Performance** 

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Again, much work ‘behind the scenes’ was<br>carried out to ensure that appropriate Risk<br>Assessments and Health & Safety Policies and<br>Safeguarding and Equality & Diversity policies<br>were drawn up.<br>During the year the hall was used on 278 days.<br>There were 44 separate user groups with<br>approximately 575 people beneftng from the<br>facilites provided. Around 1350 people also<br>atended concerts held through during this<br>period.<br>The hall aims to provide comfortable and safe<br>space that is accessible to all members of the<br>local community throughout the year. The hall<br>is hired out by users and the commitee ensure<br>it is warm for the duraton of the hire.||

Cash is £50.00.<br>The accounts and records have been<br>ndependently checked and verifed.<br>Reserves are held to cover unexpected<br>maintenance costs and to ensure a programme<br>of improvements can be implemented.||
