The chantable objective is set out in the scheme dated 23rd October
1958. The lease for the land and the building are vested in the custodian
trustee. They are held for the purFoses of a village hall for the use of the
inhabrtants of the Parish of Helmsley in particular for use for meetings
lectures and dasses and for other forms of recrealion and leisure time

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity I"Ihe Trust") for the year ended 31 October 2026.
Responsibilities and
basls of report
As the charity's trustees. you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in a¢cordanc8 wilh the requirements of the Charities AGI 2011
('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicabl8 Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5Xb) of the Act.
