I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner's statement** I have completed my examination. Basis of accounts** The Trustees have taken advantage of section 144 (2) of the Charities Act 2011 and prepared the accounts on a receipts and payments basis. ## **2. Transfer of assets to CIO** The accounts have been drawn up for a 10 month period as on 4th February 2025 the existing charity assets were transferred to the new CIO registered under number 1210903, Sand Hutton and Claxton Village Hall 2024 ## **3.
