As the charity's tr￿te¢s. you are responsible for the preparntiOD of the ac¢ouDts in ￿CordanCe with tb¢ requiremcnts
the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in
Ca￿lti8 out my examination I bave followed ail the applicable Directions given by the Clwity ConllDl￿IOD under
section 145(5)(b) of the ACL

I bave completed my examination. l Confirni that no nmterial matters have Con￿ to my attention in connection with
examination giving me Cause to believe tbat in any material respert:
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Charity as requiral by Section 130 of the ACL
the accounts do not accord with those accounting records.
I bave no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to wljich
