FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024
The Charits8 Act requires the Trustee8 to prpare financial statementds for each
financial year which give a trua and fait of the stats of affairs of the Twst
at the erKI of the year and of the surplus or deficiency for the year then ended.
In peparing those financial statements. the Trustees are required to:_

RESPECTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TRUSTEES AND EXAIAINER
The TTUSt's Trustees are responsible for the preparatlon of the 8ccounts. The
Trusfs consider that an audit is not requiiréd for this year under section 144 of
the Charities Act 2011 (the Charities Act)arKJ that an independent examinattion
18 required.

examine the accounts under sectm146 of the Chaiities Act.
to follow the pro(￿ureS laid dcr•vn in the general directions given by the
Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b)of the Chaiities Act), and
to state whether pathular matters hav8 come to my attention.
BASIS OF INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
My exarnination was carried out in accordance with general Direction8 given
by the Charity Commi&sion. An examination indudes a review of th8
accounting records kept by ￿ Trust and a (Wiparison of the accounts
presented with those records. tt also indude8 consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the Trustees
conceming such matter3. The procedures undertaken do not provide the evidence
that would be required in an audit. and consequently no opinion 18 given as to
whether the acxounts present a true and fair view
INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S STATEMENT
In connection ￿th my examination. no matter has come to my attention::
1 which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any
material respect. the requirements:_
