TREASURERS REPORT 2023124
Witherslack Parish Hall is run on Fund Raising Events, and room hire for third parties.
We have a dedicated member of the committee who runs the booking system which
works extremelywell.
Both the Chairman and myself, Treasurer put many free hours of work in behind the
scenes.
This financial year we were lucky enough to receive a legacy of £60, 484.13 from a Late
resident of the village.
We anticipate that the funds go towards a new heating system in the Parish Hall which
is more efficient and hopefully will encourage more outside lettings, therefore
increasing our room hire income.
The Hall is also hired outto third parties, this bringing in an amount of £3,182.76
thoughout the year.
The HaLL has not encountered any large amount of expense this year just the ongoing
expenses which go from year to year.

attention In connection with the examination which gives me cause lo believe that in, any malerial
