## **NORTH WARWICKSHIRE RECREATION SCHEME CHAIRMANS/TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT.** It has been a successful year this year.. The Charity is currently home for 22 football teams and cater for all ages and abilities. The Junior section comprises of Stoneydelph FC, which covers the local community which is classed as deprived and offers a wide range of footballing activities. The Charity greatly supports their work by providing a home and General Manager Mark Hopkins, and Trustee Paul Barton work extremely hard to support all of their activities. The stature of the charity has grown considerably in the past few years due to the continued support we give to other local charities. A great example of this would be the support that the charity has given to HIB. We have extensively supported all of their events and offer the facility as a venue. Several thousand pounds has been raised during these events. The charity also supports local arts events with the assistance of New Urban Arts who are funded by the arts council. These events are very well attended and showcase some of the best urban artists in the area. I would also on a personal note like to thank Trustee Paul Barton who has had a very challenging year to put it mildly. His continued dedication during this year has been inspirational. All of the above would not be possible without our General Manager Mark Hopkins. His dedication to the charity and ensuring that we meet all our goals is incredible. Nothing is ever to much trouble and often he will move mountains to make thing happen.
