operating from 1st November. This has

a wami environment.
An electronlc door locklkeypad has
installed and this allow￿ much moro
flexibility for hirers of the hall as they do
not need to pick up and return keys.

A dedlcated caretakerlcleaner has been
employed who not only provides a clean
building, but a friendly, reliable face to
our customers and allows hirers to raise
Issues more easlly.
The Hall was redecorated at the end of
the year. giving an updated appearance
for hirers.
Tha vAtar mètar has ba&n r•plac8d
allowing for monthly readings to ba
taken, which enables the trustees to
manage water usage more easily.
Planting trees and shrubs in the grounds
and reclaiming the ouffield. has provided
a larger outdoor area for users with more
Inte￿st and Increased habltat for wildllfe.

from hire charges. We have been
successful in applying for various grants
that have meant that V￿ have been able
to contlnue to Spend on malntènan¢e and
Improvemènts to tha hall. W& finish tha
year with a strong balance. a large
proportion of which is committed to the
project to improve the toilet facilities that
will take place In early 2023.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended
31 December 2022.
As the charity trustees of The Baginton Village Hall, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Charit￿5 accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the
Charity Commission under Section 1451Sllbl of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examination which Elves me cause to believe that in, any material respect..
Accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act,. or
The accounts do not accord with the accounting records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to
