**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WELFARE INSTITUTE AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COUNTY OF WARWICKSHIRE AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, SUCH OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AS ARE MEMBERS OF THE MINING COMMUNITY, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID PERSONS.

**Activities:** We provide the clubhouse for social meetings and for informal leisure pursuits such as playing cards. We also rent out the clubhouse for one-off events such as parties. Organised activities are whist, crown green bowling, with ladies, mens and mixed teams, tennis on hard courts, indoor short-mat bowls and ladies darts. Cash bingo takes place on Monday and Saturday evenings.
