The charity provides facilities for hire. The area extends to approx 15 acres comprising a large grass area; 1 rugby pitch; 1 large, 1 3/4 and 5 small sided soccer pitches; 3 tennis courts; a permanent building with a large hall, kitchen, toilets, changing rooms, bar facilities and an upstairs lounge with bar; a hardcore car park. Objects: Property To Be Held Upon Trust For A Recreation Ground, To Be Known As The Monckton Recreation Centre, For The Benefit Of Penkridge And Stretton. The Trustees May Appropriate Such Part Of The Trust Property As They Think Fit For Use As A Community Recreational Centre For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Polical, Religious Or Other Opinions, For The Purpose Of The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Activities, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Inhabitants.
