Norton-in-the-Moors Miners Welfare provides facilities and open space for community groups from a wide catchment area within Stoke on Trent. Based in Smallthorne and working in co-operation with local stakeholders such as the City Council, the Charity provides extensive support for people of all ages with particular emphasis on the young and the elderly.
