**Objects:** THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO HAVE NOT ATTAINED THE AGE OF 25 YEARS AND WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF SALOP THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED, AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN YOUTH CLUBS IN OR NEAR THE SAID COUNTY.

**Activities:** The education of persons who have not attained the age of 25 years and who are resident in the County of Shropshire through their leisure time activities, so to develop their physical, mental and spiritual activities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.The area of operation is Shropshire which includes Telford and Wrekin.
