**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CONDOVER AND ITS IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD (HEREIN-AFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The object of the Charity is to maintain Condover Village Hall for the communal benefit of the inhabitants of Condover and its surrounds. The Management Committee aims to provide first class hall facilities at an affordable cost to individuals and the voluntary organisations serving the community.
