Continuing Tunning of the club and thc associated
grounds. whilst offering its services to the local
community and wider. Providing the opportunity
for boys, girls, men & ladies including veteran
teams football facilities.

The facilities include a clubhous¢, match pitches
including 5v5, 7v7, 9v9 and I lvl I with a stadium
at step 6.
All at affordable pricing and being of the highest
quality that can be obtsined given the financial
strains.
Alongside the above. is to also increase our number
of participants across the board. We 'are also
looking at providing a Saturday evening football
session to help keep the youngsters off the streets.

the books in hard fmancial times. This has also
been made even harder due to losing Thera our
daytime tenant and around £30k per year in rental
income.

I report to the Trustees on my examination of the receipts and payments accounts for the above Charity for
the year ended 31 March 2024.

As the Charity Trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act).
report in respect of my examination of the Trust's receipts and payments accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given
by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 2011 Act.

I have completed my examination. The following material matter has come to my attention in connection with
the examination-
There was no evidence available to verify the completeness of Income streams totalling £89,525.
As a result of the above material matter. the accounting records were not kept In aC￿rdan￿ with section 130
of the Act.
I confirm that apart from the matter of concern set out above. no matters have Come to my attention in
connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:
accountlng re￿rdS were not kept in respect of the charity as required by section 130 of the Charities
Act2011.
2. the financlal statements do not accord with those records. or
3. the financlal statements do not comply wtth the applicable requirements concerning the form and
content of fina￿181 statements set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other
than any requirement that the financial statements give a true and fair view. which Is not a matter
considered as part of an Independent examination.
I confirm that there are no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn
in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the financial ststements to be ￿aChed.
