I report In respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carr￿d out
under section 145 oflhe 2011 Act and in carrying out my examinat￿n, I
have followed all the applicable Dlre¢16ons glven by the Chartty Corrml$slon
under section 145(5)(b) of the ACL

The Institute is open to all age& Sex￿ etbnicities and creeds. The Management
Trustees are elected yearly at the AGM from members of the community. who mak¢ a
modest donation annually. The Building and Land Holding TnLStee is the Charity
Commission.
The Indq)¢ndent Examiner did not necd to higblight any material matters of Concern
in his report on the accounts.
The Association holds Ilallmark 2 status and is a member of the West
Northumberland Community Buildings Consortium and Community Action
Northumkrland. It aims lo achieve Hallmark 3 statt￿ in due course.
