**Objects:** To further or benefit the residents of Wark, Carham and the parish of Carham and the neighbourhood, without distinction of sex, sexual orientation, race or of political, religious or other opinions by associating together the said residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents

**Activities:** At the AGM in April 2024, new trustees were appointed. They have updated the objects of the charity which will include a community facility in the village of Wark.At the meeting on 19th March 2025, the 'object' was altered to comply with the Commissions recommendation.The AGM was held on 7th July 2025. All trustees attended. It was agreed that planning permission was now to be obtained.
