No groups were charged for hire<br>during this time, as such, rental income was<br>down.  £10,000.00 worth of grants from<br>ELDC were received.  We successfully<br>applied for a grant to update the lighting in<br>the village hall and recreation centre of<br>£11270.94 from Triton Knoll.<br>Sunshine Children’s centre who rent the<br>recreation centre building were required to<br>stay open for Key Workers.  They were not<br>able to access the Furlough scheme in the<br>same was as most businesses as they<br>receive government education funding. Their<br>income was extensively restricted. To avoid<br>their charity being further negatively<br>impacted, we decided that they would not<br>have to pay their rent for the period April –<br>August.<br>The village hall was due to have a new roof<br>this year but due to Covid it has been<br>delayed, as such there are funds still in the<br>account to pay for this next year|
